Please note the Surgery Reception will remain closed until 08:30am Mon - Fri, you can still contact the Surgery via our new telephone number from 08:00am daily.

Repeat Prescriptions

We ask for written notification (via post, hand-delivered, mail-box, email or via the NHS Wales App) or notification from your Pharmacist but please allow 48hrs for processing. We can send your prescription to your designated pharmacy (please ensure this is clearly noted on the top of your repeat request) or you can collect from the Reception if you would prefer.

Please Note: We can no longer take calls checking on availability of a prescription once ordered. Any prescription not at it's designated location after 48hrs would be considered missing and only after this duration can staff be tasked to locate on a patient's behalf.
